Xiaomi is preparing to launch the mid-range smartphone POCO X4 5G soon. Today, live photos of the device and its packaging have leaked onto the Internet, fully revealing the design of the device and shedding light on its key features.
The source of the images was the SmartDroid Internet resource. At the time of writing this note, publication the pictures have already been deleted, but netizens managed to save them. Judging by the photo, the novelty has a completely new design for Xiaomi smartphones.
All three lenses of the main camera and the LED flash are placed on a wide block decorated with the POCO logo. It is worth noting that the shipping film covering the device’s screen contains an inscription that the smartphone uses a main camera with a resolution of 108 megapixels. This is in contrast to previous leaks which suggested using a 64MP sensor.
Other inscriptions on the smartphone packaging say that the novelty is equipped with an AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The front camera is in a circular cutout. There is also talk of using an eight-core 6 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with 5G support, an NFC module and a 5000 mAh battery with support for 67 W fast charging in the device.
According to earlier leaks, the screen diagonal should be 6.7 inches. Snapdragon 695 is used as the hardware platform, POCO X4 Pro offers users up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. The device runs Android 11 with MIUI 13 skin.
