Screenwriter Chet Faliszek, who previously worked at Valve on Half-Life, Portal and the Left 4 Dead series, was one of the people Shuhei Yoshida and Greg Rice pitched the new solution to. He shared his impressions and said: “Today was one of those VR moments, playing with the new PSVR2 helmet… You know when you come back the world seems different?”
Had one of those VR moments today playing in the new PSVR2 hmd…
You know where the world just feels different when you return?
Sooooo good… thanks @yosp and @GregRicey for the demo and chat.

Although it’s not clear what the demo consisted of, a presentation called “Creating Next-Gen PlayStation VR2 Games with Unity”. Maybe tomorrow we’ll learn new details about the second generation of Sony’s virtual reality headsets.
In January, Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed the specifications for the PlayStation VR2 and the first game, Horizon Call of the Mountain. It is developed by Guerrilla Games in collaboration with the new Firesprite studio. And in February it became known what the headset looks like.
The PlayStation VR2 is expected to be released later this year.
