American rating organization Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) classified upcoming horror film In Nightmare for an unannounced target platform.
Recall that the upcoming creation of the publisher Maximum Games and the Chinese studio Magic Fish has so far only been confirmed for release on the PlayStation consoles of the last two generations.
The ESRB has also issued an age rating (“teenagers” by the way) for the PC version, which has not yet been officially announced. It is still unclear whether this is a mistake or a harbinger of upcoming news.
Previously, ESRB “predicted” a remaster of shooter Quake, a Director’s Edition of samurai action Ghost of Tsushima, and the release of The Medium and Oddworld: Soulstorm on PS5 and Xbox consoles respectively.
In Nightmare is expected to be released on PS4 and PS5 on March 29th this year. In the story, a young boy finds himself in a world of his own nightmares, where the young hero must solve puzzles and escape from horrible monsters.
