OUKITEL announced the upcoming launch of global sales of a rugged smartphone OUKITEL WP22, which will begin in late March as part of the annual AliExpress 328 Shopping Festival sale. The WP22 has improved protection against the negative effects of the external environment and also features a powerful speaker that delivers loud, clear sound.

The first buyers of the OUKITEL WP22 can take advantage of the significant discounts offered by the company on the occasion of the smartphone’s debut on the international market, in addition to receiving free gifts. As part of the AliExpress 328 event, valuable prizes will be raffled, the winners of which will receive some OUKITEL smartphone models, including WP22, for free.
WP22 joins the popular OUKITEL WP series of rugged smartphones. The smartphone is equipped with a 36 mm speaker with a power of 4 W, which provides a volume of up to 125 dB. In comparison, mobile phone speaker power is typically in the 0.5 to 2 W range. At the same time, the WP22 is not only loud, but also delivers deep bass response, as well as crisp highs and clear mids.
The smartphone is based on an 8-core MediaTek Helio P90 processor clocked at up to 2.2 GHz with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, which guarantees high performance in games and resource-intensive applications. The 6.58-inch diagonal screen has a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels (FHD+) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
For lovers of photography, a triple camera with a main 48-megapixel sensor with autofocus, complemented by a 20-megapixel infrared sensor with night vision support and a 2-megapixel macro sensor provides quality shots at any time of the day. The resolution of the front camera is 16 megapixels.
Specifications of the smartphone also include wireless network adapters Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC chip, fingerprint scanner. The device runs Android 13.
For water, dust, shock and drop resistance, the WP22 meets IP68, IP69K standards and is certified to military standard MIL-STD-810H. The smartphone can remain underwater for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 m without affecting performance, and it also survives a fall from a height of up to 1.5 m without consequences.
OUKITEL WP22 will appear on AliExpress in about two weeks, but already now users can participate in the raffle in the official OUKITEL store to get a free “indestructible” WP22 smartphone or one of such smartphones as K9 Pro or C19 Pro.
