The Chinese company Oppo has officially unveiled the A55 smartphone, designed to work in the fourth generation 4G / LTE mobile networks. The device runs ColorOS 11.1 operating system based on Android 11.
Used processor MediaTek Helio G35. It integrates eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 2.3 GHz and the IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The amount of RAM is 4 or 6 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 64 and 128 GB, respectively.
The display measures 6.51 inches diagonally with HD + resolution (1600 × 720 pixels), 60 Hz refresh rate and 120 Hz touch layer response rate. A small hole in the upper left corner of the screen houses a 16MP front-facing camera.
The rear camera has a three-piece configuration. This is a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel unit for macro photography and a 2-megapixel sensor for collecting information about the depth of the scene.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, a side fingerprint scanner, a microSD slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. Power is provided by a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery with support for 18-watt charging. Pricing starts at $ 210.
