OnePlus is preparing to release the OnePlus Pad Go tablet, details of which, as well as an exclusive marketing image, were shared with the resource Digital trends. The company debuted in the tablet market this year with the OnePlus Pad and plans to expand its range.
The new tablet has almost the same design, with curved edges, an iPad-style frame and a large rear camera unit located in the middle of the top of the body. The biggest difference from the original OnePlus Pad in the appearance of the new product is that the back is two-tone.
The upcoming OnePlus Pad Go tablet is said to feature an 11.6-inch screen with the same 2.4K resolution (2800 x 2000 pixels) as its sibling and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device runs OxygenOS 13. However, the company did not reveal the amount of RAM and flash memory, nor the name of the processor on which the new tablet will be based. As Kinder Liu, President and COO of OnePlus explained, it will “Mid-range entertainment tablet“, that is, the chip is installed in it at an average level.
You should also expect the new Pad Go, like the OnePlus Pad, to be supported by the company’s ecosystem, allowing you to sync, copy and transfer content to other OnePlus devices, as well as receive phone calls with it.
