Publisher Kwalee and developer from Scottish studio Damage State announced the exact release date of their old-school shooter Scathe on PC and announced the postponement of the console versions of the game to a later date.

Remember that Damage State started talking to Scathe Sept 2019and until recently, the project was expected to be officially released on PC and consoles sometime in 2022.
It has been announced that Scathe will be available on August 31st for PC (steam, Epic game store), while PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S won’t arrive until early 2023.
Scathe users get the role of Doom – the Warden of the Legions of Hell, forged from the ground by the creator himself. The hero has to get out of the maze overrun with demons by collecting special stones.
Developer Scathe promises handcrafted levels, an insane arsenal of massive weapons (each with alternate firing modes), powerful spells, and 4-player cross-platform co-op.
