The manufacturer points out that the thermal paste contains zinc oxide, liquid polymer and aluminum dust. The company states that the product’s thermal conductivity is 6.3 W/(m·K). Note that this isn’t the most impressive number, but it’s not low. The density of the thermal paste is 3.5 g/cm3and the viscosity is 35~220×103. The color of the NZXT thermal paste is grey. The stated shelf life of the product is 3 years (in the applicator).

Thermal paste comes in 3 and 15g syringes. The company valued the small pack at $9.99 and the large at $19.99.
