NVIDIA fixed V-Sync and Discord streaming with GeForce Hotfix Driver version 546.31

NVIDIA has released GeForce Hotfix driver version 546.31, which fixes a number of errors that users may have encountered after installing the Game Ready driver 546.29 released a day earlier.

Specifically, the GeForce Hotfix Driver version 546.31 update addresses an issue where colors on the screen could appear muted when streaming gameplay via Discord. In addition, the update fixes a bug related to the vertical image synchronization (V-Sync) function, where the image “stuttered”.

It is important to note that the GeForce Hotfix driver version 546.31 update has not received WHQL status and is not recommended for all users. The main purpose of the driver is to fix as quickly as possible the errors that users may have encountered after installing the previous version of the software. As the safest option, the manufacturer recommends waiting for the next WHQL certified driver.

You can download the GeForce Hotfix driver version 546.31 update from the official NVIDIA website.
