Nubia unveils Red Magic 6S Pro – gaming smartphone with Snapdragon 888+, up to 18 GB of RAM and a price of up to $ 1080

Today, the official presentation of the Nubia Red Magic 6S Pro gaming smartphone took place in China. This device is aimed at users looking for maximum gaming performance. The novelty is based on the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset, which works in conjunction with 18 GB of RAM.

Nubia Red Magic 6S Pro received a 6.8-inch OLED matrix with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. To increase the stability of the frame rate, the proprietary Magic GPU 1.0 engine with Display Black technology is used. The polling rate of the touchpad reaches an impressive 720Hz, which should provide an instant touch response.

The device is based on the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset and is available in versions with 8, 12, 16 and 18 GB LPDDR5 RAM. The built-in UFS 3.1 flash storage is available in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities. The Red Magic 6S Pro is equipped with a 4500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, which provides full energy replenishment in 17 minutes.

Among the main advantages of Red Magic 6S Pro, Nubia distinguishes the upgraded ICE 7.0 cooling system with a fan, the rotation speed of which reaches 20 thousand rpm. At the same time, it produces 40% less noise than the fan of the previous model. It is worth noting that the cooler is supplemented with RGB lighting – just like a gaming PC.

The Nubia Red Magic 6S Pro is equipped with a triple main camera, combining a main 64-megapixel sensor and auxiliary 8- and 2-megapixel sensors. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels. The smartphone runs Android 11 with a proprietary shell Red Magic 4.5.

Sales of new items will start on September 9th. The base model with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of permanent memory will cost $ 620. The most advanced model with 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will cost $ 991. A dedicated Battlefield Edition will also be available for her, which will come with additional accessories. Its price will be $ 1080.
