Noctua has released coolers for the new AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000, 7000 PRO and EPYC 8004 server

Noctua introduced the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 and NH-D9 TR5-SP6 4U coolers for AMD socket TR5 (sTR5/sTRX5/sWRX9) and SP6 processor socket powered by the latest Ryzen Threadripper 7000 desktop HEDT processors, Ryzen Threadripper 7000, PRO models are used for workstations and server chips from the EPYC 8004 series.

The manufacturer claims that of the two new products presented, the 140 mm model of the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 cooler provides maximum performance with minimal noise. The 90mm 4U model NH-D9 TR5-SP6, in turn, combines high efficiency and compact dimensions that are compatible with systems with a 4U form factor. In addition to the coolers, the manufacturer also introduced a new mounting kit NM-TR5-SP6, which allows the use of cooling system models of the TR4-SP3, DX-4677, DX-4189 and DX-3647 series with processor socket base TR5/SP6 the TRX50 – and WRX90 platforms.

The NH-U14S TR5-SP6 cooling system uses six heat-conducting pipes and two high-efficiency 140mm NF-A15 fans. The total heat dissipation area of ​​the new product is more than 6000cm2.

The 4U cooler model NH-D9 TR5-SP6, on the other hand, is compact enough to fit into most 4U server cases. The cooler includes four heat pipes.

The high-performance proprietary thermal paste NT-H2 is applied to the contact pads of both cooling systems in advance.

Noctua has priced the cooler model NH-U14S TR5-SP6 at 129.90 euros or 129.90 US dollars. The NH-D9 TR5-SP6 4U model costs 119.90 euros or 119.90 US dollars.

The manufacturer has priced the NM-TR5-SP6 mounting set for Noctua DX-4677, DX-4189, DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series cooling systems at 19.90 euros or $19.90. All products presented are already available for purchase.
