Noctua has completely changed its mind about releasing white fans

Nuctua has updated the production plans. Most recently, in January, the manufacturer of cooling systems reviewed the release schedule for some of its upcoming new products. He then postponed the release of the white fans, which fans of the brand had been anticipating, to 2024. However, in the new May edition of the roadmap, some products have disappeared from the Noctua release schedule altogether, including white fans. At the same time, other products appeared in it.

In the third quarter of this year, the manufacturer plans to release a new generation of air cooling systems for powerful AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors. The release window corresponds to the expected timing of the announcement of the Ryzen Threadripper 7000 processors and the new TR7 platform for workstations and HEDT systems.

Several existing desktop coolers will receive versions in Q4. The Noctua NH-D12L, NH-D9L and NH-L9x65 models are expected to receive black versions.

Enabling the cooling system new generation – NH-D15, planned for the fourth quarter of this year, has been postponed to 2024 by the manufacturer. At the same time, as mentioned above, the production of the white fans, which was postponed to 2024, disappeared entirely from the manufacturer’s roadmap.
