On February 15th, CD Projekt RED released a major update 1.5 for Cyberpunk 2077 that fixes many bugs and errors and also introduces the ability to buy apartments. With this patch, the action role-playing game stopped running on the disc version on PS4 and gave a data corruption error.
developer today updated game and has fixed this bug, which has been the subject of massive complaints on social networks. The patch size was about 400 MB. Some users are still reporting PC crashes on startup. The studio promises to fix this issue in the near future.
In update 1.5, skills, economy and balance have been revised, enemy AI in combat and the driving system have been improved. Also in Cyberpunk 2077 there was a panic mode for NPCs, the ability to switch to a step and much more. The official list of changes did not include some important little things that improve immersion in the game’s atmosphere. For example, water now reacts to bullets and cars falling into it.
Cyberpunk 2077 was released in December 2020 on PC (Steam, GOG, EGS), PS4, Xbox One and Google Stadia.
