As it became known, the main feature of the released update was the addition of support for 60 frames / s in the version of Life is Strange: True Colors for the current generation of consoles.

Recall that since the release of Life is Strange: True Colors on PS5, Xbox Series X and S has been limited to 30 frames / s. Developers own solution explained the desire to make the game more cinematic.

According to the promulgated changelog, with the release of the patch in Life is Strange: True Colors, two modes of operation appeared on new consoles: with an emphasis on resolution and performance (up to 60 frames / s).

In addition, the patch activates HDR and fixes frame rate drops (at a specific point) in the Steam version, and also gives earned (but not received due to a bug) achievements for collecting collectibles.

The Life is Strange: True Colors update is available for download on PlayStation 5 and Xbox consoles, will reach PlayStation 4 today, October 5, and will debut on Steam and Google Stadia a day later.

Life is Strange: True Colors was released on September 10 on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. The game tells the story of Alex Chen, who knows how to read and absorb the strong emotions of other people.
