NVIDIA as part of its September presentation announced Ray tracing: Overdrive mode for Cyberpunk 2077 designed for it “Significantly improve the game’s already incredible graphics”.
Ray Tracing: Overdrive, in particular, offers more accurate RT lighting and shadows thanks to RTX Direct Illumination technology, better indirect lighting, and ray-traced reflections (now in full resolution).
In addition to ray tracing improvements, this Cyberpunk 2077 update will include support for NVIDIA DLSS 3 Smart Scaling, which will help GeForce RTX 4000 graphics card owners cope with the increased demands on their PC.

The timing of the addition of Ray Tracing: Overdrive and DLSS 3 modes in Cyberpunk 2077 has not been announced, but NVIDIA assures it won’t be long and encourages you to follow the news on its blog.
