Mysterious $60 Radeon RX 6300 desktop graphics card surfaced in China

On the Chinese online secondary trading platform Goofish, where various engineering samples of computer components are often exhibited, the flat entry-level graphics card Radeon RX 6300 fell. AMD has not officially announced this accelerator model. Most likely this is an OEM solution for system integrators.

network user found out basic information about this video card model, but the official characteristics of the accelerator are not indicated anywhere. The desktop Radeon RX 6300 is known to use a 6nm Navi 24 GPU with 768 stream processors, said to support a 32-bit memory bus. The same chip is used in the mobile Radeon RX 6300M.

The desktop model, like the mobile one, is equipped with 2 GB of GDDR6 video memory. The memory of the desktop version operates at a frequency of 2000 MHz (16 Gb/s per pin). In comparison, the Radeon RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT models have 4GB of GDDR6 memory running at 14Gbps per pin on the same GPU but with 64-bit memory bus support.

The desktop Radeon RX 6300 differs in power consumption in terms of power consumption – 32W versus 25W for the Radeon RX 6300M. The desktop version is equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports. Graphics cards do not have a connector for additional power supply. The accelerator is equipped with a compact active cooling system. The novelty has a flat design.

The seller has priced the Radeon RX 6300 at 399 yuan (about $60).
