MSI has announced the Prestige 14, Prestige 14 Evo and Prestige 15 laptops. The first two laptops received a 14-inch display, the third – 15.6 inches. In all cases, a Full HD panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz is used.
The laptops are based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform. The Prestige 14 is available with a Core i5-1240P or Core i7-1260P processor. You can choose from discrete graphics accelerators NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce RTX 3050. RAM is up to 16 GB, the capacity of the M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD is 512 GB.
The Intel Evo-certified Prestige 14 Evo series laptops rely exclusively on integrated Intel graphics. It is allowed to install a Core i5-1240P, Core i7-1260P or Core i7-1280P chip. The amount of RAM varies from 8 to 32 GB and the drive can store 512 GB or 1 TB of information.
The oldest of the three new products, Prestige 15, is offered in versions with Core i5-1240P and Core i7-1280P processors. A GeForce GTX 1650 or GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics accelerator may be installed. The maximum RAM size is 32 GB, the capacity of the solid state drive is 1 TB.
All laptops are equipped with Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6E. Windows 11 is used as the operating system.
The Prestige 14, Prestige 14 Evo, and Prestige 15 start at $1349, $929, and $1399, respectively.
