In addition to the Moto Razr 2022 clamshell, Motorola unveiled two other smartphones at an event in China – the X30 Pro and S30 Pro running Android 12 and the proprietary MYUI 4.0 shell.
The Motorola X30 Pro is the first smartphone on the market to feature a 200 megapixel camera. The X30 Pro features a 1/1.22-inch Samsung ISOCELL-HP1 sensor with f/1.95 aperture, OIS and the ability to capture up to sixteen pixels using 4× hybrid pixel binning Technology to combine four into a single 2.56 µm pixel. Also camera contains a 50 MP ultra wide-angle module and a 12 MP Sony IMX663 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. A notch at the top of the screen houses a 60-megapixel selfie camera with an Omnivision OV60a sensor.
Thanks to the pixel binning capability and the Smart ISO mode of the ISOCELL HP1 sensor, the camera can capture high-quality images even in low light conditions. It can also record videos with a resolution of up to 8K at 30 frames per second.
The Motorola X30 Pro is equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of FHD + (2400 × 1080 pixels), a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of 1200 cd / m22 and support for HDR10+ technology. A fingerprint scanner integrated into the display protects your data.
The Moto X30 Pro smartphone is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip along with 8/12 GB RAM and a 128, 256 or 512 GB flash drive.
The 4610mAh battery supports 125W wired fast charging for a 0-100% charge in 19 minutes and 50W wireless fast charging when used with a Motorola wireless charger.
The Motorola X30 Pro is already available in China in black and white for 3,699 yuan ($548) for the 8/128GB version and up to 4,499 yuan ($668) for the 12/512GB model available.
The Motorola S30 Pro smartphone thus announced is based on the Snapdragon 888+ processor. The device features a 6.55-inch OLED display, which can be folded on the sides of the body, with a resolution of FHD + (2400 × 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The main camera of the smartphone contains a 50-megapixel Omnivision OV50A sensor with support for optical stabilization, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module and a 2-megapixel scene depth sensor. The 32-megapixel selfie camera is housed in a small notch at the top of the screen.
The 4400mAh battery supports 68W fast charging. The phone is available in black and blue, the latter with a faux leather trim.
The device is already on the market in China. The model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage costs 1,999 yuan ($326). Version Motorola S30 Pro 12/512GB costs 2899 yuan ($430).
