As has been announced, Moto Roader MC will be available on February 25 this year for $7 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch.
Judging by the released one-minute trailer (see below), this is not a remaster with improved graphics, but a simple re-release of Moto Roader MC on modern devices.
In Moto Roader MC, they promise the ability to choose from a variety of cars, pilots, tracks and modes, as well as support for local co-op for four (five in the case of the Switch version).
The Moto Roader MC debuted in Japan in the winter of 1992 on a Super CD-ROM² (connected to a PC Engine console). In April 2017, the game appeared in the Virtual Console library on the Nintendo Wii U, but only in the Land of the Rising Sun.
