Benchmark Geekbench revealed data on the technical characteristics of Motorola’s new mid-range smartphone: the device will come to the commercial market under the name Moto G22.
It is known that the MediaTek Helio P35 processor will serve as the “heart” of the device. The chip combines eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.3 GHz and an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator with a frequency of 680 MHz. Fifth generation (5G) cellular is not supported.
The tested smartphone was equipped with 4 GB of RAM. The Android 12 operating system is listed as the software platform. The device scored 170 points in the single-core test and 912 points in the multi-core test.
There is still no data on the parameters of the display and cameras. Most likely, the novelty will be equipped with an HD + screen with a cutout or a hole for a selfie module. In the back there will be a system with at least two cameras.
The Moto G Stylus 2022 smartphone with pen support is also being prepared for release. This model will come with a Snapdragon 480 Plus chip, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. We are talking about the presence of a 50-megapixel camera. Power is supplied by a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, which is charged via the USB Type-C port.
