Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is based on the board game Tainted Grail (on the basis of which the map Roguelike Conquest was released in 2021), the entourage of which was invented by the Polish science fiction author Krzysztof Piskorski.

The storyline of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is a gritty reimagining of Arthurian legend, and the gameplay is something like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, with an open world, quests, rewards, choices, and monsters.

In the world of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, King Arthur is long dead, the Isle of Avalon is in chaos, and the plague of the Red Death is terrorizing the people. Players take on the role of a prisoner who has the chance to change something in this country.

They promise a truly open world, hidden caves and dungeons, ancient ruins, mysteries, a branching storyline, personalization of playstyle, trading systems, crafting, and cooking.

In the comments to the trailer on the IGN YouTube channel, users did not note the most outstanding graphics, as well as the game’s visual similarity to other popular RPGs. “Looks like a mix of Skyrim and Elden Ring”noticed Michael Ello.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon Early Access Launches March 30th This Year on PC (steam). At the beginning will the first location (15-20 hours of story content) with most of the mechanics, voice acting and good optimization.
