The solutions are based on 3D TLC flash memory microchips (three bits of information in a cell). The PCI Express 4.0 x4 interface (NVMe 1.4 specification) is used to exchange data with a computer.

The series includes 512 GB and 1 TB versions. The first is capable of reading data at speeds up to 7000 MB / s and writing information at speeds up to 3000 MB / s. For the second, these figures reach 7400 MB / s and 5800 MB / s, respectively.

The random read / write IOPS (IOPS) is up to 200,000/550,000 for the 512GB model and up to 400,000/750,000 for the 1TB version.

MTBF (mean time between failure) reaches 1.5 million hours. The drives are rated for 0.44 full rewrites per day (DWPD value).

The younger version is priced at about 100 euros, while the older version will have to pay 180 euros.
