The device is equipped with a 10.61-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2000 × 1200 pixels (corresponds to 2K format) and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The panel delivers a peak brightness of 400 cd/m² and is TÜV certified to reduce eye strain. There is an 8-megapixel front camera, as well as a 13-megapixel main camera, complemented by an LED flash.

The hardware basis of the tablet was an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 microprocessor (two Cortex-A78 cores with a frequency of up to 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of up to 1.8 GHz). The Adreno 619 accelerator is responsible for graphics processing. The novelty comes with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and a 128 GB drive. If necessary, the storage space can be expanded with a microSD memory card. A rechargeable battery with a capacity of 7700 mAh serves as the power source.

The audio subsystem includes a pair of speakers with support for Dolby Atmos technology. A standard 3.5 mm jack is available for connecting a wired headset. The role of the software platform will be performed by the Android 13 operating system. The Lenovo Pad M10 5G tablet will be available in the only color option, Abyss Blue. The base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM costs around $300.
