The Mobile Drive series includes models with a capacity of 1, 2, 4 and 5 TB. A USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface based on a USB Type-C connector is used to connect to a PC. The same port is used for power – no additional source is needed. The declared data transfer rate reaches 130 MB/s.

LaCie Toolkit proprietary software, designed to back up and restore information, is available for drives. The manufacturer’s guarantee is three years.

In turn, the Mobile Drive Secure series includes modifications with a capacity of 2, 4 and 5 TB. These devices also implement hardware data encryption. You can also block access to the hard drive using the LaCie Toolkit utility.

The cost of LaCie Mobile Drive in 1, 2, 4 and 5 TB options is $74.99, $99.99, $144.99 and $164.99, respectively. The 2TB, 4TB, and 5TB LaCie Mobile Drive Secure drives are priced at $99.99, $144.99, and $164.99, respectively.
