The equipment of the product includes a radiator through which six copper U-shaped heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm pass. Their direct contact with the processor cover is not provided. At the base there is a pressure plate that acts as a small auxiliary heat sink.

A 92-mm fan is responsible for airflow, the rotation speed of which is regulated by the pulse-width modulation (PWM) method in the range from 800 to 2300 rpm. An air flow is formed with a volume of up to 77 cubic meters per hour. The maximum noise level is 31.6 dBA. The static pressure reaches 2.73 mm water column.

The overall dimensions of the cooler are 92 × 92 × 125 mm, weight – 610 g. Compatibility with AMD chips AM4, as well as Intel chips LGA 115X / 1200/2011/2066, is declared.

It is noted that the novelty is able to cope with the cooling of processors, whose TDP (maximum value of dissipated thermal energy) reaches 210 watts.
