The device is equipped with a radiator with dimensions of 123.5 × 120 × 52 mm. Six heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm run through them. At the base is a nickel-plated pure copper plate.
A 120mm fan TL-C12015 with a thickness of 15mm on a hydrodynamic bearing is responsible for blowing the radiator. Its impeller has eleven blades. The rotation speed is controlled by the pulse width modulation (PWM) method and reaches 1800 rpm (±10%).
The fan can generate an air flow of up to 100 cubic meters per hour. The maximum static pressure is 1.36 mmH2O. The specified noise level does not exceed 26.1 dBA.
The overall height of the cooler is 67 mm. It is compatible with AMD AM4 processors and Intel LGA 115x/1200/1700/2011/2066 chips. Estimated price information is currently unavailable.
