Into the Breach tactical strategy will receive an expanded edition and a mobile version – release next month

Developer at independent studio Subset Games (FTL: Faster Than Light) divided several news related to the tactical sci-fi strategy Into the Breach.

As has been announced, already on July 19th for PC (Steam, GOG) and Nintendo Switch, Into the Breach will receive a free upgrade to an extended edition, which will be expanded “almost every aspect” Games with new content.

Into the Breach: Advanced Edition includes five more squads, four pilots, almost 40 weapons, new enemies, bosses and missions, higher levels of difficulty, an expansion of the list of localizations and the soundtrack.

Also on the same day, Into the Breach will be released on Android and iOS devices. The mobile version is free and only available to subscribers to the Netflix streaming service.

The authors promise full content parity with other platforms (including Advanced Edition content), a redesigned touch interface, no ads or in-game purchases.

Finally, Fangamer will be releasing a retail edition of Into the Breach for Nintendo Switch this October. The Fangamer website is already open preorder physical copy – the cost is $34.

Into the Breach debuted on PC in February 2018 and released on Nintendo Switch in August of the same year. Players control powerful robots from the future and must save the world from giant insects.
