Intel releases drivers for Arc and Iris with support for Diablo IV and Street Fighter 6

Intel has released the latest beta graphics driver package Arc & Iris Graphics 31.0.101.4382. The new version of the software includes support for Diablo IV and Street Fighter 6.

Intel points out that the new Arc & Iris Graphics 31.0.101.4382 beta driver improves the performance of its graphics cards by 4% in the Total War: Warhammer III (DX11) Mirror of Madness benchmark at 1080p resolution and maximum image quality settings.

List of fixed issues:

  • Some applications may crash when using the Vulkan API.
  • The Last of Us (DX12) may experience an application crash during gameplay.
  • Unreal Engine 5.2 editor crashes;
  • In the Street Fighter 6 (DX12) Battle Hub benchmark, performance fell short of expectations.

List of Known Issues:

  • The system may freeze when waking up from sleep mode. You may need to restart the operating system to recover.
  • GPU hardware acceleration for media playback and encoding may not be available in some versions of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Topaz Video AI may encounter errors when using some video enhancement models.
  • Driver installation may not complete successfully on some laptops with Intel Iris Xe + Iris Xe MAX devices. Successful installation may require a system reboot and graphics driver reinstallation.
  • Total War: Warhammer III (DX11) may experience an application crash when loading combat scenarios.
  • In Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 (DX12) some light sources like fire may cause some distortion.
  • Conqueror’s Blade (DX12) may experience an application crash when launching the game.
  • A Plague Tale: Requiem (DX12) may experience application instability during gameplay.
