List of fixed issues:

  • Texture corruption can occur in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege (DirectX 11) on Emerald Plains when using the maximum graphics settings. As a workaround, Intel offered a choice of Vulkan API in the game settings;
  • in Battlefield V (DX11) the light from searchlights and campfires could be distorted;
  • Intermittent crashes or freezes in F1 22 (DX12) when using “high” or “elevated” graphics settings with AMD FidelityFX CACAO shading model enabled. The workaround was to disable or change this setting.
  • in the multiplayer menu, the lights may be blurry or oversaturated;
  • occasional crashes in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (DX12);
  • In Call of Duty: Warzone (DX12), flickering shadows of character models can be observed in the menu.
  • incorrect work of MSAA x4 in the game Forza Horizon 5 (DX12);
  • Light distortion on certain building surfaces in Dying Light 2: Stay Human (DX12);
  • Black screen after loading screen in Minecraft Bedrock (DX11).

List of Known Issues:

  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider (DX12) may crash when using high quality shadow tracking settings. A workaround is to choose medium shadow tracking quality settings or disable this feature.
  • Movie watching and digital TV apps may freeze when playing HDR video and switching to full screen mode.
  • Surface texture corruption may occur in Call of Duty: Vanguard (DX12), Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint (DX11), Strange Brigade (DX12), and Forza Horizon 5 (DX12).
  • Gears 5 (DirectX 12) may experience crashes or freezes.
  • When using some webcam applications, recorded video may be distorted in full screen mode.
  • Sniper Elite 5 may crash on systems with a hybrid graphics configuration unless “High Performance” is selected in the Windows graphics performance settings.
  • Problems reloading textures in CrossFire game;
  • Some objects and surface textures may not render in Halo Infinite.

Known issues with Intel Arc Control:

  • searching for new drivers or attempting to install a new driver version through Intel Arc Control can sometimes result in an error stating that the driver cannot be installed;
  • When you select an application in the settings of Intel Arc Control, the synchronization mode is automatically reset to the default “Smooth Sync” (Smooth Sync).
  • The Performance Optimization page in the Intel Arc Control application may not display properly or at all on unsupported platforms. In this case, attempting to change any of the settings on this page may result in an error or the Arc Control application may stop working;
  • The Arc Control application may conflict with the UAC Windows User Account Control feature.
