Intel flooded the European market with its Arc graphics cards and lowered their price

European retailers have reduced prices for Intel Arc A7 graphics cards, Techspot writes. It is also noted that Intel graphics cards are now easy to find in many European computer stores.

Intel released the Arc A750 and Arc A770 models last October priced at $290 and $330 respectively for the 8GB version and $350 for the 16GB version of the Arc A770. But a few weeks ago, the company dropped the price of the Arc A750 by $30 in the US. Now the discount has reached Europe, where previously these graphics cards were available in much more modest quantities.

According to Eurogamer, the Arc A750 was around €350-380 in Europe last November, but now there’s a graphics card for less than €300. The Arc A770 model, previously priced at an average of €450, can now be found for a cheaper €400 (including VAT).

German retailer Notebooks Billiger has reduced the price of the Arc A750 by 70 euros and is selling it for 280 euros. French retailer PC21 followed suit and offered the accelerator at the same price. At the same time, at the time of publication, the store noted that it had in stock more than 1000 video cards of this model. The French LDLC and Cybertek have reduced the price of the Arc A750 by 50 euros and are offering it for 310 euros.

In the UK, the Arc A750 is £70 off retailer Ebuyer. There it is offered for 260 British pounds. The store has also reduced the price of the Arc A770 from £410 to £360. Overclockers UK also offers the Arc A770 for £360. The card was previously sold there for £450. According to VideoCardz, Overclockers UK is offering the Arc A750 at the lowest price in the UK, where you can pick it up for £250. For comparison, NVIDIA’s less powerful GeForce RTX 3050 is sold in the same store for £299. At the same time, the Arc A750 should not compete with the GeForce RTX 3050, but with the more expensive RTX 3060.

The Techspot publication notes that the older Arc A770 model has proven to be significantly less popular compared to the younger one, and its sales are low against the backdrop of stiff competition from the GeForce RTX 3060, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, as well as the Radeon RX 6800 and Radeon RX 6800 XT. In recent months it has been the younger Arc A750 that has been sold significantly more actively, which the publication suggests is outselling the Arc A770 by a factor of five to one or even more.
