Images of the upcoming release of the reference version of the AMD Radeon RX 7600 graphics card were available to the VideoCardz portal. The new product is, unsurprisingly, much more compact than the previously released older Radeon RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT models. It is equipped with a cooling system with two fans and a height of two slots.

According to the publication, the graphics card is less than 21 cm long, making it one of the most compact reference graphics accelerators that AMD has recently released. According to VideoCardz, a small batch of reference Radeon RX 7600 is being prepared to be sent to reviewers.
The Radeon RX 7600 is equipped with a full-length PCIe 4.0 x16 interface, however only 8 PCIe lanes are connected to the Navi 33 graphics chip at the heart of the graphics card as it only supports a limited number. A similar feature is found, for example, in the AD106 GPU used in NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics cards.
The reference version of the Radeon RX 7600 is equipped with three DisplayPort 2.1 video outputs and one HDMI 2.1. For additional power supply, the card received an 8-pin connector. The thickness of the graphics card in the reference version is two expansion slots. In this form, the novelty should fit into most compact computer assemblies.
The Navi 33 XL GPU in the Radeon RX 7600 is said to have 2048 stream processors. The card received 8 GB of GDDR6 memory with support for a 128-bit bus. The novelty is designed for games with a resolution of 1080p.
The announcement of the Radeon RX 7600 is expected on May 25, one day after the launch of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card with 8 GB of memory.
