In the new advertisement, Game Pass spotted a reference to the upcoming release of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II

British Microsoft studio Ninja Theory’s action-adventure Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II was first shown in 2019, but the game has no release date yet. However, it seems that the release is not far off.

The day before, the official Xbox channel released another promotional video for the Game Pass subscription on YouTube, showing off a selection of released and upcoming games for the service.

More often than others, the most relevant releases such as Hi-Fi Rush (January 25), Minecraft Legends (April 18), Redfall (May 2) and Starfield (September 6) flashed in a minute-long video, but there were also Senuas Saga: Hellblade II.

In itself, the appearance of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II in the Game Pass commercial is hardly noteworthy – the game will be included in the subscription at launch – but in this case as noticed Toilet seat insider, context matters.

The fact is, all of the games featured in the Xbox video are either already out or preparing to do so in 2023. It turns out that either Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II will be out before the end of the year or it ended up on this list by accident.

The last time Senua’s saga: Hellblade II shown at State of Unreal’s March presentation at GDC 2023. Earlier this month, Ninja Theory unveiled the first in a long time Development diary.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is built on Unreal Engine 5 for PC, Xbox Series X and S. According to journalists from the Video Games Chronicle, the game will appear shortly after the aforementioned Starfield.
