In 2023, the Netflix subscription will be enriched by 40 games of different genres and formats – dozens more projects are in development

Netflix plans to release 40 more games this year, including new Too Hot to Handle (based on the popular dating show) and development of Super Evil Megacorp (Vainglory, Catalyst Black) based on the upcoming Netflix release.

Ubisoft’s offshoot of The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, the roguelite Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace will be released exclusively on Netflix on April 18th with an improved formula, deeper storyline and dynamic gameplay.

A total of 86 games are in development for the Netflix catalog – 16 projects are staffed by in-house studios and another 70 are being created by third-party partners. The London studio ustwo games belongs to the latter.

Developed by ustwo games, surreal puzzles Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2 will be added to the Netflix game library throughout 2024.

Since launching its games catalog in November 2021, Netflix has released 55 games so far. The company’s next release will be “environmentally friendly” urban strategy Terra Nile – it will be published on March 28th.
