The novelty received a design in the form of a double tower. It includes a two-piece aluminum heatsink and seven 6mm heat pipes that are not in direct contact with the processor shroud. At the base is a pressure plate that acts as a small auxiliary cooler.
Between the sections of the radiator and on its outside are TF-12025 fans with a diameter of 120 mm and a nine-blade impeller. The speed of their rotation is controlled by the method of pulse width modulation (PWM) in the range from 700 to 1800 rpm. With a noise level of no more than 35.2 dBA, an air flow of up to 129 cubic meters per hour is created.
The overall dimensions of the cooler are 120 × 137 × 154 mm. It can be used to cool powerful AMD and Intel chips including AM4/AM5 and LGA 1700/1200 products.
