Huawei MateBook D 14 SE laptop launched on Intel Tiger Lake platform

Huawei has announced a MateBook D 14 SE portable computer that comes with a 14-inch display. Pre-orders for the device have already begun to be received, and actual sales will begin on January 20th.

Applied Full HD screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The matrix has a brightness of 250 nits and a contrast ratio of 800:1. The panel occupies about 84% of the lid’s surface area.

It is based on the Intel Tiger Lake hardware platform. The base configuration includes a quad-core Core i5-1155G7 processor (up to eight instruction threads) and an Intel Iris Xe graphics accelerator. The clock frequency reaches 4.5 GHz in turbo mode.

The equipment includes 8 GB of RAM and a 512 GB Solid State Drive. There are Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax wireless adapters, USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 2.0 and USB Type-C ports, an HDMI Interface and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The laptop is equipped with a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint scanner. Dimensions are 322.5 × 214.8 × 15.9 mm, weight – 1.38 kg. Windows 11 is installed as the operating system, the price is around 610 US dollars.
