HTC’s position in the smartphone market is far from being the best, but the company continues to release new devices from time to time. It became known that HTC is preparing an ultra-budget smartphone Wildfire E Ultra based on Android 11 Go Edition. The device has already appeared in the Google Play Console database, thanks to which its key characteristics have become known.
The smartphone will be built on the Unisoc SC9863A chipset with eight Cortex-A55 cores. The chip will work in conjunction with 2 GB of RAM. The screen will receive an incredibly modest resolution of 480 × 960 pixels by today’s standards. Its diagonal is still unknown. Judging by the image, the widescreen will be surrounded by fairly wide bezels on all sides.
Other details about the smartphone, including the configuration of the cameras, are not yet available. It is assumed that the Ultra prefix in the name may indicate a large battery capacity of the upcoming device. The launch date and cost of the smartphone are still unknown, however, based on its technical characteristics, we can assume that the price of the device will not exceed $ 100.
