The Honor brand has announced the MagicBook V 14 2022 portable computer based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform. The laptop, which is available to pre-order now, runs Windows 11 Home.
The novelty received a 14.2-inch 2.5K display with a resolution of 2520 × 1680 pixels, 100% coverage of the sRGB color space and brightness of 400 cd / m2 and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. Implemented touch control support. Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies are responsible for reducing eye fatigue.
It is a Core i5-12500H processor with twelve cores – four productive and eight energy-efficient. The maximum clock frequency is 4.5 GHz. The chip includes an Intel Iris Xe graphics accelerator.
The Honor MagicBook V 14 2022 comes with 16 GB LPDDR5-4800 RAM, 512 GB SSD, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (2.4, 5 and 6 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.2, a fingerprint scanner and four speakers equipped audio system. There’s an NFC controller, two USB Type-C ports, an HDMI 2.0b interface, and a standard 3.5mm audio jack.
The dimensions of the notebook are 310.28 × 226.6 × 16.95 mm, weight – 1.48 kg. Claimed battery life on a single charge up to 14 hours. The price is around $860.
