There is a clear difference in download speeds between the PlayStation console versions. On PlayStation 5, it only takes 5 seconds to load Diablo IV, while on PlayStation 4 the waiting time is up to 50 seconds. Additionally, the PlayStation 5 runs at 4K at 60 fps, while the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro run at 30 fps at 1080p and 1188p, respectively.

On Xbox consoles, the difference in resolution is larger. The Xbox One version runs at 900p and 30 fps. And on the Xbox One X, the resolution is higher than the PlayStation 4 Pro version – 1440p at 30 frames per second.

The Xbox Series S plays Diablo IV at the same 1440p resolution but with a higher performance of 60 frames per second. Finally, on the Xbox Series X, the game runs in 4K at 60 frames per second, and the loading speeds are almost identical to those of the PlayStation 5.

When comparing the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions to PC, the difference is hard to tell.

Diablo IV goes on sale on June 3rd.
