Gigabyte has announced the Aorus 17X portable computer designed for gamers. The novelty is based on the fresh Intel Alder Lake-HX hardware platform and the Windows 11 operating system.

The Core i9-12900HX processor is installed, which contains 16 cores – eight productive and eight energy-efficient. The maximum clock frequency is 5.0 GHz.
The laptop is equipped with a 17.3-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 360 Hz and 72 percent coverage of the NTSC color space. The maximum configuration includes a discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics accelerator.
The computer can carry up to 64GB of DDR5-4800 RAM. It is possible to install two M.2 SSDs with a PCIe 4.0 interface.
The equipment includes a wireless Wi-Fi 6E controller with support for three frequency bands – 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz. There is also a Bluetooth 5.2 adapter. A battery with a capacity of 99 Wh provides energy. USB 3.2, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, Mini-DisplayPort 1.4, RJ45 and a 3.5 mm audio jack are available.
