The dimensions of the Aorus GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming Box are 189×302×172mm. The external graphics card is equipped with an 850W power supply. The manufacturer states an 80 Plus Gold certification for this, which indicates high efficiency under load (over 90%).
The equipment of the novelty also includes three DisplayPort 1.4a connections, one HDMI 2.1, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 (one Type-C and two Type-A), one LAN and one Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type-C) interface, with which the Gaming Box can be connected to a laptop or compact PC that does not have its own separate graphics card. It also features RGB lighting and fast charge support.
The GeForce RTX 4090 in the Gaming Box is cooled by a maintenance-free liquid cooling system with a 240mm aluminum radiator and a pair of 120mm fans. It contains a full surface water block to dissipate heat away from the graphics chip, memory chips and power subsystem elements. The perforated surfaces on the side and top of the gaming box ensure an additional flow of fresh air inside.
The manufacturer does not provide any information on the costs of the Aorus GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming Box. Considering that the regular GeForce RTX 4090 starts at $1,599, we can expect the new product to cost closer to $2,000.
