Gigabyte releases Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC Pro with huge cooling system

Gigabyte already has four versions of the Radeon RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT in its gaming series, both with and without factory overclocking. According to the VideoCardz portal, the Taiwanese manufacturer is about to release another version – the Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC Pro. The source shared images of the future news.

It is noted that the Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming Pro OC model will retain the design features of the current version of the Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC, but will receive a larger cooling system, likely borrowed from the flagship Radeon RX 6950 XT Gaming OC Model. The length of the new card is at least 33 cm (for current versions it is 28.6 cm).

The Gaming OC Pro model comes with a pair of HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4a connectors. Instead of the two 8-pin power connectors available in the Gigabyte Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC model, the new product gets three of these connectors.

More detailed technical specifications of the Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC Pro model are not yet known. It is very likely that its Navi 21 XT GPU is running at frequencies above 2285MHz which is advertised for the original Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming OC version with factory overclock.
