Gigabyte announces first AMD B650E motherboards – Ryzen 7000 Workstation Solutions

Gigabyte has officially introduced the MC13-LE0 and MC13-LE1 motherboards, the first official motherboards based on the AMD B650E chipset. They are designed for use with AMD Ryzen 7000 processors in entry-level workstations. In addition, the manufacturer also announced a new W332-Z00 workstation based on the new Ryzen 7000 processors.

The mainboards presented are based on the AMD B650E chipset. The only difference between the MC13-LE0 and MC13-LE1 boards is their networking capabilities. The LE1 model has two 10 Gigabit NICs and the LE0 model has two Gigabit NICs.

Both boards support DDR5 memory, have PCIe 5.0 M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs and PCIe 5.0 x16 slots. New products are also announced, which are said to be equipped with USB 3.2 ports and four SATA III ports. The manufacturer also indicates the equipment of new products with various functions designed for remote network management.

For the entry-level workstation W332-Z00, Gigabyte provides a PCIe 5.0 x16, PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 4.0 x1, M.2 (PCIe 5.0 x4), M.2 (PCIe 4.0 x4) slot and two SATA III hard drives.

In addition, the systems each received a 2.5 gigabit and a gigabit network connection as well as 500 W power supplies with a declared energy efficiency class of 80+ bronze.
