Ghostwire: Interview with Tokyo Development Lead Kenji Kimura Japanese division of IGN commented on the possibility of expanding the otherworldly action-adventure universe.
Recall that in a pre-release conversation with Wccftech representatives, Kimura mentioned that the fate of the DLC for Ghostwire: Tokyo would depend on the success of the game and the team hasn’t really thought about add-ons yet.
According to Kimura, nothing has been decided about the possible expansion of the Ghostwire: Tokyo universe, but the developer seems interested. Or at least be interested in the near future.
“I think when things settle down a bit and I settle down a bit more, I’ll have ideas for DLC and sequels [для Ghostwire: Tokyo]and I want to take over”— quotes the Kimura portal GamesRadar.
Ghostwire: Tokyo debuted on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and PS5 on March 25th this year. According to the plot, Tokyo is almost completely abandoned, and the main character, Akito, reunites with the spirit and acquires magical abilities.
