G.Skill has introduced R-DIMM DDR5 Zeta R5 Neo memory module kits, certified for use with the latest high-performance AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 and Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7000 processors on motherboards with the AMD TRX50 chipset. The new products support overclocking.

The G.Skill Zeta R5 Neo R-DIMM DDR5 memory is available in sets of four DDR5-6400 modules with a capacity of 16 or 32 GB each. Thus, the total volume of the kits is 64 and 128 GB.
For both Zeta R5 Neo R-DIMM DDR5-6400 RAM module sets, the timings are CL32-39-39-102 and the operating voltage is 1.4V. The new products support AMD EXPO overclocking profiles.
It should be added that these RAM modules are already actively used by various overclockers to set overclocking records for Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7000 processors.
The manufacturer did not disclose the cost of the Zeta R5 Neo R-DIMM DDR5-6400 RAM modules, but added that they will go on sale this month.
