It is reported that pre-orders will be accepted as early as February 9th and bulk sales will begin on the 24th of the same month. “We have confirmed that the event will take place on February 8th and are discussing the timing of the invitations at the end of January.”, – quoted the publication from representatives of Samsung.

Three models from the S22 series are expected to be demonstrated during the event. Unlike the S21, which received Samsung Exynos 2100 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipsets, the new lineup will be based on Exynos 2200 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips, depending on which market the model is intended for. The dispatch of the pre-ordered smartphones begins according to the publication on February 21 – three days before the official start of sales.

The company is believed to have finally stopped releasing smartphones from another flagship line – the Galaxy Note. According to some reports, Samsung will release S22 flagships with support for the S-Pen stylus to make up for the disappearance of the models in this series. Reliable data on this are not yet available, however, and the company did not want to comment on the properties of the products that were not yet presented.
