As promised, the main innovation of the October patch was the track near the Italian town of Imola, which last looked into Formula 1 games since F1 2013.

In addition to the fresh patch, F1 2021 adds support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (AMD FSR) technology and Combined Adaptive Computational Environment Occlusion (CACAO).

Also in 1.12, several bugs (related to gameplay, multiplayer, interface) and crashes were fixed, the criteria for choosing the driver of the day were updated and the general stability of the game was increased.

In addition, the developers updated liveries of racing cars and added a special paintwork for Red Bull Racing cars, which debuted at the last Turkish Grand Prix, in honor of the team’s separation from Honda.

As previously announced, this year’s support for F1 2021 will not end: in November, the game will be replenished with the Jeddah city circuit in Saudi Arabia and the content of the 2021 season for Formula 2.

F1 2021 debuted on July 16 on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. Among the main features of the project are called the “Formula of victory” story mode, a pair “Career” and the “Start in a real season” function.
