American businessman Elon Musk continues to actively work on restructuring the social network Twitter, of which he became the owner not so long ago. This time, it was revealed that the billionaire is considering making the platform paid.

The media reported on the upcoming increase in Twitter Blue subscription fees from $4.99 to $19.99 per month. Musk himself announced his intention to introduce a $8 per month fee for the account verification badge on the social network. Additionally, late last week it was announced that the company’s workforce would be reduced by approximately 50%.
