EA has announced a mobile game based on the universe of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit

Electronic Arts has announced The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth, a mobile turn-based RPG in partnership with Middle-earth Enterprises. It will feature a wide range of characters from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, as well as famous events from the books and movies.

According to the statement, the game will be strictly inspired by Middle-earth, described in the works of JRR Tolkien (JRR Tolkien). The game is being developed by Capital Games Studio, which previously worked on Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. It is known that a limited beta test of the project will take place in the summer.
