The announced update should appear in the coming days. Then the following content will appear in Free Fire: the M24 weapon, a unique character, additional visual effects and game modes, a redesigned map editor “Personal Island” for Free Fire MAX, and other changes. For details on the Cataclysm update, see game page.

At the Fre Fire World Series 2022 Sentosa, the title and $500,000 in prize money were won by Team Attack All Around from Thailand. Former FFWS winners and co-winners, the EVOS Phoenix (formerly Phoenix Force), finished in second place, one point behind, and won $250,000.

A total of 18 teams from 11 regions around the world took part in the FFWS 2022 Sentosa tournament. The matches were streamed live on the official Free Fire channels.

Free Fire and its enhanced version Free Fire MAX are available on Android and iOS devices. In the summer of 2021, the first mobile battle royale game reached 1 billion downloads on the Play Store.
