DDR5 modules are on sale – 32 GB kit costs $ 350

American retailer Newegg has started selling 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 memory kits from Geil. The modules are equipped with RGB-backlit heatsinks in three color options: black, red and white. The cost of a set of two modules is $ 350.

In the description of the product for which noticed network informant momomo_us it is indicated that Geil Polaris DDR5 RGB memory is not overclocked, complies with the standard JEDEC DDR5-4800 (PC5 38400) specification, has CL40-40-40-77 timings and operates at a voltage of 1.1 V. Each module is equipped with RGB backlighting.



Portal VideoCardz reports that the US manufacturer OCPC has also added the Pista and Xtreme DDR5 memory kits to its product lineup.


New items will be available in sets of two modules of 8 and 16 GB, with a total volume of 16 and 32 GB, respectively. For all modules, the standard JEDEC DDR5-4800 specifications and an operating voltage of 1.1 V are declared. OCPC did not disclose the price.
